I have Work Experience of 3 years in a Telecom field in BSS, Transmission and RF
Optimization. Currently working as 2G/3G/LTE Drive Test Engineer on NSN-STS Project in North
Region. Worked as End to End Testing Engineer in Ericsson AB, Saudi Arabia on Ericsson-STC
Project. Worked in KCN telecom Pakistan for Transmission and BSS Department under GSM
Projects, I have Experience of Project Implementation and O&M. BTS and Transmission
Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting and their Operation Maintenance. During this period
I worked as a BTS engineer on ALU and ZTE equipment and Transmission Engineer on Ericsson
and NEC equipment.

Title: Drive Test Engineer NSN-STC Project North Region
My Job responsibility includes
§ Cluster optimization & acceptance, spot optimization & major KPI
improvements, troubleshooting of problematic areas etc.
§ Conducting performance analysis and identifying worst performing cells with
recommendations for improvement.
§ Evaluate and analyze network performance and make reports based on drive
test results.
§ Post processing of Drive Test logs and giving recommendations on degraded
RF parameters like Rx Quality, Rx Levels, C/I etc.
§ Rectification of RF related issues like calls drops, handover failures,
interference, sector swap, coverage holes etc.
§ Analyzing Scan logs to find out overshooting, frequency clashes, coverage
holes and giving recommendation on down-tilting over shooting sites, change
of frequency in case of frequency clashes etc.
§ Testing, benchmarking, measuring, analyzing, optimizing and reporting mobile

§ Done integration of Site Integration Unit (SIU) for 2G, 3G and 4G transmission.
§ Done script generation and loading script to SIU for IP based/packet

§ To perform CMPAK-ZTE sites survey in the relevance of Expansion of site.
§ Hand on experience of GSM (single and dual i.e. DCS) Roll Out, Expansion both
Indoor (8018) and Outdoor (8112) sites.
§ To perform antenna feeder expansion activity for CMPAK-ZTE sites.
§ To perform card expansion, combiner (sector) expansion and cabinet
